Yes you can, but the call will be taken from the first account that answers the call. You cannot do it if you have an automatic answering machine or an IVR.

If you are going to use your Skype account both on Skip2PBX and your PC it is strongly suggested to disable the automatic chat answer feature on Skip2PBX (Menù Settings > Misc setting > Send Chat with Automatic Answer).
