PLEASE NOTE:
Some PBX (For example 3COM NBX) may require two additive resitors:
- 100 ohm (5% tollerance) between pin 4 and pin 5 in the TE side
- 100 ohm (5% tollerance) between pin 4 and pin 5 in the NT side
