Certainly! In order to make a call to a Skype account, you can have a Skip2PBX "shortcut" associated with each of the Skype contacts in your address book.

In this way, by simply dialing the shortcuts (which are just like two or three digit speed-dial codes on your PBX phone) your call will be placed directly to any of the other Skype Users at no cost!
